Here are some of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expectations and benchmarks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, set your expectations, objectives, and benchmarks at hand. Remote work requires tons of adjustments, especially for the first time.
